Test shots

We have taken some test shots as we found many problems while filming E.g. the lighting. Next time we film our real footage we are going to make sure that we improve our footage.

Twitter update!

I have been uploading regularly on our twitter page in order to interact as much as possible with our followers and gain a larger audience by constantly publicizing our music video. We believe it is really important that we live stream as a group while we have been filming to show back stage footage and is a great way to interact with fan inexpensively and effectively. We also aim to create a 'buzz' by posting teaser pictures and video as well as telling our views our plans and to look out for future exciting posts. keeping in mind our target audience may be at school or work we have been uploading after school and most work hours consciously to target these viewers. we have given links to our website so they can also go check it out!

This make up look is one of several during our video. In this part we went for a very natural make up look in order to make our story realistic and fit how she would be feeling as after a break up as she may not feel she wants to bother anymore with her appearance because of the deep sadness she feels losing someone she loves. We also took some shots while filming of her looking a photos of the her and her ex boyfriend looking sad just before she is about to set fire to it and chuck his things out of her house.

Instagram Update

We have been regularly updating our Instagram in order to let our audience know how our production is going.

General Update Vlog

We have received our blog feed back and have made a video on how we plan to progress from this.

We aimed to make a dramatic make up look to ensure our actor fitted the role she was playing of performer which typically hair and make up is done before going onto a stage; this ensured that we make it appear realistic. I did this by using a deep orange eye shadow with glitter over the top as well as a glittery lip. Her costume was an important way to ensure that our performer was portrayed as a professional dancer. We did this by using ballet shoes and a dress which fits stereotypes of what would be worn during a performance. Over all, this allowed us to enable for our audience to be able to relate to all the people in our music video which we feel is extremely important to gain a mass audience and popularity.
